Summer Mentorship

Students worked under research mentors that graciously agreed to mentor from Duke University, NC State, and UNC Chapel Hill. 

Students conducted research in a wide range of disciplines for five weeks in June and July.  Instruction was provided by NCSSM Mentorship and Research instructional team: 

Mr. Bobby Warren, Ms. Emily Churchman, Dr. Zoe Loh, Dr. Brenda Kapingidza, Ms. Taylor Nguyen, and Dr. Ashlyn Rickard.

Over 60 students participated in Mentorship this summer, so projects are divided by topics:

Clinical Sciences, Computer Science and Engineering, and Science and Humanities.
