Summer Mentorship

Students worked under research mentors that graciously agreed to remotely mentor from NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, and RTI International. 

They conducted research in a variety of disciplines for six weeks in June and July with support from NCSSM instructors Dr. Josh Fuchs, Ms. Emily Churchman, Ms. Ashleigh Rawls, Ms. Zoe Loh, Dr. Brenda Kapingidza, and Dr. Ashlyn Rickard.

Over 60 students participated in Mentorship this summer, so projects are divided by topics:

Clinical Sciences, Computer Science and Engineering, and Science and Humanities.
