Summer Research in Physical Sciences: Physics

Students performed physics experiments and computational projects under Dr. Jonathan Bennett for three weeks in June. Topics included fluid dynamics (modeling plumes from smokestacks), astrophysics (analyzing data from x-ray telescopes), and biophysics (investigating the effects of magnetic fields on growth of planaria).
